Only one of the sockets is controlled, the other one is always on for different appliances. If you want one button to control both sockets, we can accommodate this, but the two sockets cannot be controlled separately for 15A outlet + 5V 2.4A USB due to space constraints in American standard outlets.
Can you turn the smart wall outlet off when you're not home using your phone?
Yes, you can turn on/off this socket through your phone from anywhere.
How many phones can connect to this device?
It depends on how many users your router supports. Once you have successful phone pairing, you can share it with family members.
If there is a power outage and power comes back on, will the socket remain off and need manual turn on?
You can set on the APP: restart status on/off/remember last status.
